Who Is Ahilia?
As the Manager of Underwriting, my role is to assist our team of Mortgage Agents in assessing the creditworthiness of clients, composing lender submission packages and pairing our customers with the lender of best fit. Assisting in the condition management and administration process, I provide oversight on files and aid the agents in delivering an efficient and superior customer service experience. Being a seasoned credit adjudicator, I provide deal coaching insight to our Mortgage Agents to help them improve their product knowledge, lender exposure and adjudication expertise.
